Il Viottolo is an Elba excursion center that for the last thirteen years has been a reference point for CAI members who come over to walk (pedal, sail or paddle) around the Island of Elba and the other Tuscan Archipelago National Park islands.
We have always combined sporting commitment to a spirit of adventure, in full respect of both nature and our culture, things in a way we want to protect, but also introduce to you, hoping you will appreciate them along with the many naturalistic and historical wonders .
We are islanders, our history is linked to our small but dour mountains, our origins are terrestrial, our fathers (grandparents for the younger ones) were miners and woodcutters. These affinities make our island and its inhabitants relate to people from the “mainland “ mountains, just as isolated in a way, and genetically harsh and wary, strengthened by a marvelous but severe nature.
While maintaining our same work philosophy throughout, in recent years we have expanded our programs to Corsica and the other Tuscan Archipelago islands.
At your disposal twelve months a year to accompany you as guides or to organize complete trekking stays.
